1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "days" mean calendar days unless stated otherwise.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the bd33net platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the bd33net Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules referenced herein. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and bd33net.

If you are accessing bd33net on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these terms, and all references to "you" apply equally to that individual.

bd33net reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd33net will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on bd33net, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not in any professional or commercial capacity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended bd33net account.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with bd33net or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

3.2 Registration Process

To create a bd33net account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, complete, and truthful information. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a chosen password. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

bd33net operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account. If bd33net detects that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bd33net may request identity verification documents at any point during the life of your account, including before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold. Documents typically requested include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to your name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

4. Account Obligations & Security

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd33net account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bd33net will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bd33net immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that all personal information held on your bd33net account is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point — including providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your bd33net account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your responsibility. bd33net will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials. You agree to log out of your bd33net account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd33net currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bd33net reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at bd33net is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to your bd33net account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bd33net does not charge any fees on deposits. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your bd33net account. bd33net does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within minutes during BST operational hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's schedule.

bd33net reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion may be held until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on bd33net are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment provider processes an underlying transaction in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate provided by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. bd33net is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bd33net are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the bd33net sportsbook rules section. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, bd33net's decision — made in good faith based on available official data sources — is final. bd33net reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (for example, due to a manifest pricing error) and to refund the stake to the player's account balance.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered during active sporting events, including BPL and IPL cricket matches. In-play odds are updated in real time and bd33net may suspend a market at any time without notice, particularly around key match moments such as wickets, boundaries, or official time-outs. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled on their original terms. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.

6.3 Casino & Instant Games

All casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — are operated using certified random number generators or live dealer outcomes. Instant games such as Diving and Plinko use provably fair mechanics. bd33net does not influence game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, bets affected will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bd33net applies maximum single-event payout limits, which vary by sport, market, and game type. These limits are published within the relevant product lobby and sportsbook rules. bd33net reserves the right to limit payouts in excess of the published maximums, regardless of the original stake and odds combination. Players are advised to review applicable payout limits before placing large-stake wagers.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on bd33net are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion, while these general terms govern all other matters.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount — or in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount — must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game types are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bd33net monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk exposure; opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may face account suspension.

7.4 Promotional Changes

bd33net reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time. In-progress promotions will be honoured on their original terms where possible; however, bd33net may terminate an active promotion early where it has been subject to exploitation or where a technical error has resulted in unintended promotional outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd33net platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds from criminal proceeds.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage — players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or with platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other form of corruption relating to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the bd33net platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling entertainment.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds — fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and debt recovery action.

bd33net employs advanced fraud detection technology and cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected fraudulent activity. All transactions on bd33net are monitored in real time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bd33net account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by bd33net

bd33net reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Player is found to have self-excluded from bd33net or an affiliated platform and then re-registered in violation of that exclusion.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bd33net will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. After 24 months of inactivity, bd33net reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee, the amount of which will be communicated to the player prior to application. Real-money balances will never be reduced to below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

10. Responsible Gaming

bd33net is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults — it must never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bd33net account holders and can be activated at any time from the account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous play, reminding you of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic prompts showing your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account reopens automatically at the end of the period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd33net platform — including but not limited to the brand name "bd33net", the platform logo, all page designs, graphics, text, game interfaces, betting interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd33net or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd33net platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the bd33net platform or its content without prior written permission from bd33net.

Any unauthorised use of bd33net's intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data harvesting, or reproducing odds data for commercial purposes — constitutes a breach of these terms and may give rise to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd33net's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd33net is not liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, regardless of whether bd33net was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime or unavailability.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information due to circumstances beyond bd33net's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Interruption of live sports data feeds or live casino streams caused by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or Pragmatic Play.
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by the player under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances.

Nothing in these terms excludes bd33net's liability for death or personal injury caused by bd33net's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Amendments & Governing Law

13.1 Amendments

bd33net reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — such as changes affecting player rights, withdrawal rules, or bonus policy — bd33net will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the platform notification system or by email to the registered address. Your continued use of bd33net after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bd33net Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd33net with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
